DESCRIPTION

El jugador iniciara la actividad detras de un cono acostado boca abajo.

Al sonar el silbato del entrenador el jugador debera pararse rapidamente y colocarse a nivel del cono en posicion activa de defensa.

POTURA DEFENSIVA ACTIVA:

  • Mirada al frente enfocando el objetivo a tacklear.
  • Torso ligeramente agazapado.
  • Piernas ligeramente flexionadas y no muy separadas para tener posibilidad de dar impulso al golpe del tackle.
  • Brazos con codos cerca del cuerpo y manos extendidas hacia adelante.
  • Cuello erguido y firme
