Red Starts with the ball in the middle of the field, on the mark the red players start passing the ball along the line and moving positions. Blue are trying to keep man-on-man coverage while keeping an eye on the ball.
At any moment Red can decide to attack one of the yellow zones (the one directly in front of the ball carrier) and the 2 closest support players will go with them. The rest of the Red players will fan out looking for gaps.
When Red attacks, 3 Blue players will go to meet the ball carrier and the rest will advance to the yellow line as soon as the contact is made, the coach blows the whistle.
At the coaches whistle all players must freeze on the spot. The coach will then look over the Blue coverage and see if it is adequate.
