Rugby Drill Demonstration
Simple exercise to reinforce 2 passes after tap or 1 pass after tap for restart
Ensure defenders are spread out, no ecrouchment untill 1st pass is made. then forwards as line. (Minumum 5M gap)
looking for players to tap and pass with speed and accuracy. (Not worrying about defenders)
On restarts - blue or 2nd runner must support the runner regardless if it was right or lrft pass from centre.
