A la voz del entrenador "A" hará el llamado de POSTE (rock) y organizará a la defensa, "B" hará de UNO y "C" será PELOTA (lider). Cuando "MC" abre la pelota al Entrenador el POSTE llama "Arriba" y la línea defensiva avanza a defender los almohadones.

- UNO y PELOTA vista hacia adelante, estimular el uso de la vista periférica
- Pie externo hacia adelante
- Semiprofundidad
- No avanzar antes que el defensor interno
- Al momento del contacto mismo pie mismo hombro, espalda derecha y vista hacia adelante
