In pairs, decide who will be the attacker, and who will be the defender. The defender gets a tackle bag and stands 4-5m from the cones. The attacker stands a further 4-5m from the defender. On cue, the attacker runs at the defender, hits the tackle bag and pushs the defender back over the line. Swap after each turn.
