one player from the attacking team stands in the circle. defenders are not allowed to go in the circle. the aim for the attackers is to pass the ball in and out of the circle with out having the ball slapped down. each time it is passed in and out is one point. defenders can get points taken off by intercepting or slapping the ball down. 1 minute for both teams to attack. then go into stretches then go again.
