DESCRIPTION

In 2's, practise tackling from head on making sure the tackler in aiming low. Switch defender after 5 attempts and repeat for 3 sets.

Switching partners, the attacker will then choose to run either to his left or right before running into the defender. The defender must react to the attackers movements focusing on his balance and timing. Again repeat for 3 sets changing after 5 attempts.
