Scrum Half feeds first Attacker.
Attacker takes ball at speed into contact. Goes down and presents ball.
Support follows, clears out and makes ball safe.
Scrum Half Feeds next attacker.
Next attacker takes ball at speed into contact. Goes down and presents ball.
Support player follows and clears out, makes ball safe.
Repeat to end.
Once all support players have completed one round swap players.
Scrum half remains the same throughout.
Support Player must work hard to arrive just after contact.
Win the contact area by getting lower than defender.
Support player must work hard to get behind the attacker, not come in from the side.
Attacking player must run at pace and straight. Hands up for the ball. DO NOT wait for the ball.
Scrum half must feed the running player. DO NOT pass until he is running.
