DESCRIPTION

One legged hops forward and back, used to develop the power need in the legs for sprinting. Aim to increase the distance you hop everytime you repeat this exercise.

COACHING POINTS

  • Hops shouldn't be too deep as it doesn't represent what will be done on the field.
  • Each hop should be done strait after the other, with no rest inbetween.
  • Should hop as far as possible that can be controlled.
