Rugby: Break Out Rugby

Description

Attacking players with the ball start in the smaller grid, their aim is to break out of teh grid and score over the try line of the outer grid. The red defenders aim is to stop the attckers breaking ut by tagging them and sending them back to the smaller grid. 

Coaching points

encourages the attckers to have to break past the defenders rather than backing up and ending up the furthe player back .
