Divide into two teams and have a half field game. The defence has to do 2 shuttles from the try line to the 5 metre line before they can defend their line. The attacking team has to do 1 shuttle from 10 metres from the half way and back. Then they have to try and score against the defending team with 5 touches, if they don't the defending team swaps with the attacking team.
