warm up drill: I will start off with a quick warm up drill just to get the players familiar with the rugby ball for those who haven't played it before or for the players who haven't played it in a while. The warm up drill will just be a quick game of any direction touch rugby, it will be 5 a-side. The player are allowed to pass any direction and the aim of the game is to score a try on the oppositions try line. After one team has been touched 3 times then the ball we be turned over and it will now be given to the other team to attack. if a player drops the ball, it is turnover ball and the otewr team will gain posession and this will be the same if a player is in touch (off the pitch). The pitch will be a length of 15m and a width of 15m.
