The aim of this drill is startin to improve upon awareness of the ball and the types of passing you can do. Before the start of the drill i will make all participants aware of the two types of passing(pop and spin). Starting this drill with the balls at opposite ends of the square, you run out to about half way in the sqaure and then pass to your left (pop or spin depending on the skill level of participant) and then follow your pass to where you just passed to whihc ensures that all the cones are always loaded with players. We can then also rotate the drill the opposite way so that participants can pratcie passing of both hands.
