Dynamics

  • High Knees (20m x2)
  • Bum Flicks (20m x2)
  • Kareoka (20m x2)
  • Calf Pumps (10 each leg)
  • Leg Swings (15 each leg)
  • Side Swings (15 each leg)

Sprints (Diagram on the left)

  • Start at the try line
  • Players will run at 50% of maximum speed to the 22m line
  • After the 22m line players will run at 70, 80, 90 then 100% to the 10m line.
