2xLaps (Rugby Field)
Dynamics
- High Knees (20m x2)
- Bum Flicks (20m x2)
- Kareoka (20m x2)
- Calf Pumps (10 each leg)
- Leg Swings (15 each leg)
- Side Swings (15 each leg)
Sprints (Diagram on the left)
- Start at the try line
- Players will run at 50% of maximum speed to the 22m line
- After the 22m line players will run at 70, 80, 90 then 100% to the 10m line.
