Players are split into pairs and face each other.
One ofd the pair stands on the white cone and the other half on the yellow. 15 passes have to be completed without dropping the ball. Once this has been done, distance is increased to the green cone.
10 passes to the green cone then 5 to the red. if the ball is dropped players start again on that colour.
Once a pair has finished they sit down and cheer other pairs.
