Two cones will be placed 20 meters apart.
One cone will be placed 5 meters behind the 20 meter cone.
cone must line up in a straight line.
Ball will be placed at the end of the 20 meter cone.
Another line will be setup.
players will line up behind the first cones.
They will spirnt to the 20 meter cone and pick up the ball and continue sprinting to 5 meter cone and place it next to the cone.
The next two people will go etc
