Rugby: Tackle Warmup

Description

In pairs, players no knees facing each other. Get hold of each other (Ring of Steel) and wrestle each other to ground. Blue player must take the red Player Right and the Red Player must take the Blue Player Left.

Arms Round each other

Wrestle players but maintain grip at all times

Land on side with Shoulder - Don;t put arms out to break fall
