DESCRIPTION

Sprint Circuit 5 cones 5m apart

6 groups

1. Forward 10 back 5 x3

2. Start on fronts or backs

3. Run as defensive line(6)

  • 40x15m area

  • Group of 6 - Running as a UNIT FLAT DEFENCE

  • Following signal from 1 of the player (Defence leader), the whole UNIT runs forward 10 m, backward 5 m, forward 5 m until the 5th cone

  • When first group reach 3rd line, second group starts.
