DESCRIPTION

  • Set up
  • Requires 5 players
  • 5x5 Grid
  • 1 Ball
  • Description
  • 4 players on outside of grid passing ball around in a square
  • 1 player in middle of grid (tackler) tracking ball
  • On go player who ends up with ball runs at player in middle
  • Tackler in middle makes the tackle
  • The player opposite the ball carrier on the opposite side of the square is the jackal
  • The 2 players adjacent to ball carrier are support for the ball carrier

COACHING POINTS

  • Positive carry from ball carrier
  • Win the shoulder battle for support players
