Premise:
Blue team restricted to their quarter zones - red team can go anywhere.
Start with a 16 - blue team can choose where.
Blue team attempts to get the ball to halfway line. Red team tries to score in the goal.
If red team gain possession and lose it back to blue again - game is drawn and restart at top D.
