DESCRIPTION

Purpose: Score as many points by retaining possession, emphasizing passing and receiving while thinking tactically about where the ball should go next.

  • Two teams compete in the 25x25 yard square
  • Initially boxes are empty
  • teams score by passing to a teammate inside the corner boxes.

Numbers: 2 teams of four. 2 grids going

Time: 3 x 4 min. 1min between for coaching points

Next level- adapt how your tam scores. Carry in pass out, pass in carry out. Flat passes etc. Enlarge the field and change numbers. Ask team "what does this change"
