1°) 1 vs 1 de área a área. Objetivo: canalizar a quien ataca hacia el costado que elija la defensora. Ante la recuperación de la bocha, cambian los roles. Cambian de compañeras.
2°a) 2 vs 2 en toda la cancha, con 2 parejas de defensoras fijas. Cambiarán las parejas. 2°b) con la cancha divida en dos longitudinalmente.
3°) 1 vs 2 en toda la cancha, con 2 parejas fija de defensoras. Objetivo: doblaje.
4°) Juego de 3 equipos (4,4,3) en 3 zonas. Gol en el arco, sentido americano.
