-Purple team A make 5 passes and then a player from the middle (Red Team A) starts defending.
-Each time the team makes 5 passes another defender joins in.
-When the ball is turned over, play starts on the other side and the team that lose possesion end up in the middle.
-Encourage quick turnovers (start the 5 passes straight away so the defenders don't have a chance to set up)
