Set-up to include 2 cones on the the 22 yard line, with a nest of balls on one side. Then in pairs passing between them until they reach the top of the D. Once just inside a shot is to be taken on goal. Important -They are not get any closer than the P spot whether the shot has been taken or not.
Once the shot has been taken the pair is to return to their respective sides by going around the outside to stay out of the next pair.
