Set the players up in pairs again facing opposite eachother in the rectangle.
Player 1 passes to player 2 and the goes with a one hand flat stick.
Player 2 upon receiving the ball advance on player 2 and lifts the ball over the stick keeping control at all times and trapping the ball on the other side of the lift. Players switch places and keep repeating. 5 times each.
Advance the drill by changing the flat stick i.e try it perpindicular to the feet to encourage forehand and reversehand stick lifts.
At all times pay attention to grip and hand positions.
