Balls, two teams, 8 cones, playing area
How?
Two teams play on a quarter of a full field, both teams can score on any of the 4 goals (if you scored in one, you HAVE to go to a different one)
Here is the twist, if a player loses the ball (bad pass, tackled, mistrap) they have to go off the field. Their team now plays a man down. To enter back into the game their team must pass the ball to them off the field and they have to pass the ball back in to a DIFFERENT player.
Play continues for about 3-4 minutes, or if one team lost all of their players.
