A. Attacker (blue) plays 1-2 with defender and attempts to carry the ball through the end goals. 2 points for the goal on the right.
B. Play begins when attacker starts moving with the ball. Aim to get to the end of the zone without being tackled. Additional points for travelling through maximum number of staggered gates.
A. Attacker: commit defender down the line and v-drag (attack back foot). If defender 'shaves', work on lifting ball over.
Defender: channel down the line - slow the attacker down. Keep stance open to prepare for shave tackle.
B. Attacker: can just out-pace in a straight line, but should attempt to hit more gates. Run in-front of defender to slow them down.
Defender: Slow defender down to get goal side.
