Players are devided into 2 teams. Their aim is to carry the ball over the line are the far end of the pitch and stop the ball on or just after the line. This is worth 2 pints. If they can go through the gates at the side of the pitch this is worth 3 points. If a single player can carry the ball over 1 section of the pitch (marked by the white cones in the diagram) they get 1 point, but they must go over 2 lines of cones (baseline to past 1/4,1/4 to past 1/2, etc)
