DESCRIPTION

  • Blue "Defender" with the ball attempts to beat 2 red "attackers" (1).
  • Dribble through the goal and leave the ball on halfway line before tracking back to help defend.
    • If tackled they must still go and touch halfway line before joining the defence.
  • Attacking players retrieve the ball and play across to 3 attackers (2), who then 'break' on goal.

  • Breaking on goal, trying to utilise 3on1 before other defender gets back.
  • Defence focus on holding attack up and then working as a pair.
