A combination of both of the exercises from the start, here the players will transfer the ball to the other side and someone will come and collect it, from here they will play a 3v2. The ball is not allowed to cross the white line in the middle, this is so they attack with more speed instead of using the help side, which during a match will be closed off. The attacks will attack once from each side then a new group of 3 will come in. Defenders will change after 6 balls in total.
