Defenders in the middle, get a touch on the ball and swap with whoever gave the ball away. The 4 can move around the outside of the area not through.
Right side 4v2 with a transition.
If the two yellows win the ball get in to your area and play 4v2 against reds. Reds to collapse and stop this transition happening.
