DESCRIPTION

7v7 Game

3 X & 7 Min Games
Consteaint 1, can only pass to enter a different 3rd of the pitch
Constraint 2, Can only Carry to go into a different 3rd of pitch
Constraitn 3, option of both but any carry to contact is a turnover ball 

5v5 Game
continuous game play for 2 x 8 mins
if they play through the Centre Circle (CH) and score double points.  Must be a pass in and pass out.  2 seconds max inside the Cirlce.  

Goal Scoring Game
Game 1 - Can only pass to enter D through Orange Areas and Carry through Blue Area
Game 2 - opposite way round.What is more effective and how?  

Small D is worth double goals and double again is first time finish.  3 seconds max inside the small D.

Can create an overlaod inside the D if you successfully carry or pass in.  

COACHING POINTS

7v7 Game

• Carry the ball hard to space
• Pass the ball to space to a team mate who is on the move. 
• First touch to enable forward motion (FFF) 

5v5 Game

• agressive carry to space to score,
• carry with eyes up to look for space.
• high ball pace and accuracy in to CH and out to go around the opposition.  
• Change point of attacks to open up gaps 

Goal Scoring 

• Creative entry to carry in to the D and score, lots of flair and 3D skills with fast ball carry to space
• use of baseline positions if you can only pass in to D.  pass and get ahead for bounce back 
• Fast, "flat" balls fred in to D for deflections and ugly zone finshes.
