This is a Hand-Eye coordination drill. Easy movement and I think for Ice Hockey goalies....but good movement nonetheless.
YOU NEED A LADDER FOR THIS DRILL!!!
Watch video and listen to her pointers. Keep the feet moving AND the arm moving.
Repeat 5 times per side.
*Dont' get too caught up on what is going with the feet (it's a simple pattern) but make sure you KEEP IT MOVING*
