Two teams. First, the player takes a shot (drive, sweep, chip, or lifted pass) anywhere in the goal. Next, player receives a pass from a coach down low and must push or lift it into the corners of the goal.
Goalies can play 100%, but as long as the ball goes into goal space, it counts for #1. For #2, the player must get it in past the goalie.
If the player makes both shots, they may either challenge a player from the other team (if they lose the challenge they are out) or they can redeem a player that got out on their team.
