Goals:
- warming up
- opponent and circle awareness
Tagging game (10 min)
- in zone A
- 1 or 2 taggers. Need to tag as many players as they can within 1 min.
- if tagged the player come to the trainer, gives high five and can get in again. Trainer counts the high fives.
Stick trick (5 min)
- ball from FH to BH to FH and lift over stick.
Trick:
- bring ball to your BH side
- Roll ball back to your FH + and take a side step to right (bent right knee a bit (hanging to the right)
- quickly put stick on the ground on the FH side.
- While putting on ground, turn your stick in an angle with your wrist. Grip doesn’t change!!
- Let ball roll onto your stick!!! If on your stick, just lift ball with a small push-pull movement of hands (= bit of scooping)
