1. Place 6 balls as indicated.
2. Coach positions himself on or close to the p-spot.
3. GK starts at the goalbox and sprints out to make slide clearance to the first ball on his right side.
4. Keeper to recover to the ready stance as quick as possible.
5. As soon as the keeper has recovered the coach roles a ball toward the goal. (Speed and direction based on GK's ability)
6. GK to sprint back and dive to clear the ball of the line with his stick.
