Simple exercise where the same player will score three goals. Firstly they will receive a ball and score by hitting the ball at the goal, they will then receive another ball from the side in the slice zone. and finally in the pus zone. Scoring three different goals with three different techniques, hopefully, forehand and backhand.
Hit Zone: Forehand/backhand low over the ball.
Slice Zone: Hards apart very low body position, forehand and backhand.
Push Zone: Pushing with forehand and backhand, try to use the back and shoulders to generate power.
