In 2 teams van 4 speelsters met 1 joker speel je een recht van aanval. De bedoeling is dat je aan de linker- of rechterkant recht haalt en gaat toeslaan/ruimte kiezen op de ruimte = rechts of links.

2. Ruimte kiezen;
3. Kantelen;
4. Looplijnen spitsen.
Regels:
1. Binnen 24 sec. doelpoging;
2. Binnen 10/15 sec. de bal terug.
