Shane, Hockey Coach

DESCRIPTION

The red team (defenders) will try to create a 'corner block' together in order to stop the blue (attacker) from scoring. The exercise starts with the defender passing a ball to their teammate who will in turn pass to the attacker. The first defender has to run around their teammate and create a corner block, during this time the other defender needs to channel the player with the ball to the side.

Changing sides with an explanation on the differences from left and right sides (forehand and backhand)
