  • keeper loopt uit
  • 1ste uitloop achter keeper langs zelfde hoogte meelopen stick laag
  • speler achter eerste uitloop op de lijn 1ste paal, stick op de grond.
  • 2de uitloper naast keeper meelopen (niet achter langs), eventuele afschuif meestappen. 
  • 3de uitloper iets minder hoog mee uitlopen om eventuele diagonaalbal te voorkomen. 
  • iedereen moet verplaatsen met de bal mee en druk houden op de bal.
