Here the girls will pass stick to stick, making sure very pass is hard but also receivable. In the circle the forward will 'butterfly lead'. This means that they will lead every single time the LM or RM player gets the ball. During this exercise they will lead away from the ball and then back again, the LM will pass to the RM and they will lead again but this time they will get the ball and score.
After 10 minutes change the start point of the balls.
