3 v 3 + Joker Possession

  • The joker is always with the team in possession
  • Teams attempt to keep possession for as long as possible

COACHING POINTS

  • After each pass the player has to move 5m
  • Three touch hockey
  • 4v4
  • What does the attacker with the ball ahve to pay attention to? The positioning of the defenders in relation to the availability of team mates.
  • Which factors play a role in choosing the right pass? The position of the defender plus the space and time the likely receiver will have.
  • How can the defenders influence the attackers play? By slowing the attackers frequency of passing and adding pressure by decreasing space and isloating and individual attacker.
