To start the play the blue players are trying to counter attack and have to get past their 1 v 1 defender. if they get through the box they get 1 point. if the defender win the ball they attack towards goal to make a 5 v 5 , they stay in for the next 1 v 1 finishing on a 7 v 7. each set gets 3 balls
