DESCRIPTION

Drill designed for receiving open and distributing

COACHING POINTS

  • Players on the inside receive open from player on the outside and then run along the cones and pass to the next person on the other side.
  • The player who made the initial pass from the outside follows the player on the inside and receives from the outside player on the opposite side (becomes the inside player)
  • Progressions
  1. Add obstructions for the player running with the ball
  2. Add drop passes
