Blue team begins with the aim of playing the ball over the 25 yard line through a goal set up. The red team aim to attack the goal and can only score with a hit or a clip hit. If the blue team are successful in scoring over the 25", they remain in possession of the ball and a turnover occurs with the red team now defending the goal and vice versa.
