Two teams line up on top of the D. The front two players stand shoulder to shoulder and gently push/bump into each other.
The coach stands in behind them and throws/rolls the ball into the D in any direction. 1 V 1.
The pushing/bumping into each other should be very gentle. It makes the players aware of the physical aspect as well.
