A line of players in the middle of the pitch slap the ball out to the right hand side. The reciever then runs with the ball down the right wing and then must try and cut into the middle and run towards the D. The blue defender must then try to use the left hand barrier to contain, channel and then tackle the attacker.
The left hand barrier must be horizontal to the ground - as low as possible. The attacker must not use 3d skills so the defender can practice their defending skills as best as they can.
