Attacker and defender race round cones. Attacker to score by dribbling ball through iether left or right gate. 5pts for left, 10pts for right goal.
Rotate groups round but one group has shoot out v's goal keeper (8 seconds) - point for scoring. extra point for L-R drag
Accelaration and pace
score as quickly as possible - dirrect aggressive runs to iether goal
drag left to right - ball infront and open body so not to drag ball into yourself. (Real drag and not a tap that just stalls the ball)
change direction early to avoid contact, accelarate fast to stay out of contact.
