  1. Ski through cones
  2. inside pull the outside pull with an arc at end
  3. through mine zone and pass to base line through cones
  4. pop over cones and pass to top D
  5. Shot

COACHING POINTS

  • Different shots
  • aerial passes
  • arc weak
  • ski between cones with ball on left/rights side only
  • through mine zone have to change your direction
